Applications:
This machine is applicable for cutting and recycling the large plastic products, huge pipes, slab, rubber, Tire, ABS hard rubber, cord rubber, cord fabric and so on. especially suitable for installing beside the internal mixer and cutting small lump plastic. As for double cylinder rubber cutter, it adopts double cylinder guiding mode, which has high precision guidance and accurate cutting. It is not only suitable for natural rubber, recycling rubber, PVC and PVG, but also suitable for cord rubber and cord fabric and so on.

Operation Procedure:
When cutting, the rubber is placed under the cutter, then pressing start button, the cutter is driven by the piston rod, and the rubber is cut down along the slide way on the rack. The upper and lower two limit switches are installed on the rack to control the directional valve to change the movement direction of the cutter and protect the cover of piston rod. The customer can adjust the travel of cutter or preheat and soften the raw rubber before operation, which can improve the production efficiency and save the power consumption to a certain extent.

Operation mode:
1) Manual control mode:
Plug in power supply to start the motor, and then press the up button to make the rubber cutter move up to a certain height, and press the stop button to stop it. Put the pending rubber on the base of cutter bottom and keep a certain cutting width. Press down button to make the cutter move down. When cutting finished, the limit stroke switch, reversing solenoid valve and cutter which are installed on the knife frame will be automatically returned to move up until the other block on the knife rack touches on one of the above stroke. When the valve core of the electromagnetic reversing valve is in the middle position, then the cutter is stopped. If need continue to cut the rubber, just repeat above step. After cutting finished, press stop button to stop the motor and cut off the power supply.
 
2) Auto control mode:
Plug in power supply to start the motor, put the pending rubber in front of the rubber pushing plate, and press the up button to make the cutter move upwards. At the same time, the rubber pushing plate will push the rubber forward to send the rubber forward. When the block above the knife rack touches the stroke switch, the electromagnetic reversing valve is reversed and the knife frame drives the cutter to move down. At the same time, the rubber pushing plate is stopped, and the cutter is used to cut the rubber block to a certain width. When cutting finished, the lower block which is installed on the knife rack touches the following stroke switch, then the solenoid valve start to reverse, the cutter will be automatically returned to move up, and the rubber push plate will push the rubber forward and send it forward.
Until the upper block on the knife frame touches the upper stroke switch, the electromagnetic reversing valve start to reverse and to make the knife frame drive the cutter to move downward again and repeat above step. If need suspend cutting, just need to press the stop button. After cutting finished, press stop button to stop the motor and cut off the power supply.
